2018 Hospitality Industry Workshop

This half day workshop focusing on growing your hospitality business is being hosted by the Yarmouth Restaurant Association and the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. It will be conducted by SCORE Cape Cod and the Islands instructors at the TD Bank, 307 Main St, Hyannis, MA 02601 from 8:00am – 12:45pm on November 13, 2018.  It is limited to 40 registrants. 

​The program will include three workshops focusing on topics directly related to success in the hospitality industry.

A continental breakfast will be served.

Instructors:

Dale Shadbegian.  Dale is the Founder and Managing Partner of 118 Group, a Cape Cod business that offers a range of effective web design and customized digital marketing solutions.  Dale received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems in 1999, and since then has worked for and consulted to several large corporations and small businesses. During his employment at EMC Corp., Dale received 5 Service Awards.  Among his specialties is Attractive Web Design.


Bill Simpson.  Bill has over 45 years of retailing experience; the last 33 years of which was in a not-profit environment.  Bill was involved in all aspects of the business, with most of the time spent in executive management positions.  Deeply involved in leadership/officer positions in organizational, educational, regional and national boards of directors.


Pam Sande.  Pam has over 25 years of human resources experience in both consulting and corporate roles.  She founded her own firm in 2016, and works with companies of all sizes, helping them to implement innovative, practical and cost-effective human resources solutions.
