About Us
The mission of the Lower Cape Outreach Council (LCOC) is to provide comprehensive assistance to those in need of immediate support and to encourage lone term self sufficiency. LCOC supports the residents of the 8 towns which consist of the Lower and Outer Cape. We manage a financial assistance program, 9 emergency food pantries and Katy's Korner, our free clothing and household resource center located in our headquarters in Orleans.
