Ship's Knees Inn presides over a sprawling 1 1/2 acre knoll of verdant and rolling manicured lawns, Adirondack chairs and other seating amidst resplendent gardens of rhododendron, green hedges, hibiscus, day lilies, alliums, wisteria, hydrangea, roses, shasta daises, cone flowers, and black-eyed susan. This historic inn at the beach in East Orleans is within a 5-minute walk of Nauset Beach and features an in-ground pool, a large courtyard garden patio with a gas fire pit and comfortable seating areas with umbrella-ed tables. Other areas of the property include hammocks, rocking chairs & picnic tables. The grounds offer a peaceful environment and ambiance for whiling away lazy summer days and is a welcome home base after exploring all of what Cape Cod has to offer. A perfect place for a Cape Cod summer vacation.

Each guest room is individually decorated with coordinated furnishings, each with its own color scheme, premium linens, & bed covers. Wi-fi, flat screen cable TV, seasonal air conditioning, refrigerators and a splendid buffet style continental breakfast are included. Our Cape Cod lodging at the beach includes some rooms with distant views of the Atlantic Ocean, others with working fireplaces or private entrances.

Our Orleans Bed and Breakfast at the beach is just steps from the world famous sand-duned Nauset Beach, the southernmost beach on the Cape Cod National Seashore and we are also just a maximum 30 min. drive to all the National Seashore Beaches.
