American Medevac - An Evening with Morton Dean

The Cape Cod Hospital Auxiliary - Orleans is genuinely excited about our upcoming fundraiser, American Medevac!

News Correspondent, Morton Dean will be presenting his award-winning documentary, American Medevac.

During the Vietnam war, Morton Dean and Camerman Greg Cooke flew on a harrowing medevac mission to rescue three wounded infantry men from an enemy infested rice paddy. The story tells of the heroic rescue followed by their reunion 40 years later.

Please join us and see how medical care individuals Mr. Dean met during combat in Vietnam are in many ways no different than those who handle emergency situations at our own Cape Cod Hospital.
