Pastelist Carol Sheingold will showcase her work at the Eastwind Gallery from July 29-August 3 as its "Featured Artist". Carol has been painting with soft pastels for almost twenty years. She began her journey by taking weekly lessons with the gifted pastelist, Jeanne Rosier Smith, as well as Cindy Crimmin and other talented and inspiring artists. The beauty of Cape Cod's landscape offers continuous inspiration to Carol and it is reflected in her work. Whether on land or sea, the magical light that surrounds her creates endless opportunities which she captures in the many pieces that will be exhibited at Eastwind.
