The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster presents Forest Bathing: Deepening our Relationship with Nature with CCMNH Field Guide Carol Marcy.
Forest Bathing is about swimming in the living being of the forest and the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History gives you a very special opportunity to deepen your relationship with Nature because of the unique environments provided by marsh, creek, forest, and beach.
Drink in the smells, feel the breeze, soak up the warm healing rays of the sun, notice the vast array of colors and shapes of life around you. This is a meditative practice and can be immensely healing.
Come on a guided walk where you will be shown how to pay attention in a new way!
Carol Marcy has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and a Certified Meditation teacher.
