"I paint from my thoughts, ideas, and memories of my experience. I am partners with my audience and hope my work evokes an emotional response of some kind, whether favorable or not. My paintings are meant to be unique, decorative, and timeless as well as thought-provoking. I try to find continuity between the past, present, and future."
