Beneath the colorful charm of butterflies, there’s a wealth of hidden scientific secrets that show butterflies to be more inventive and resilient than we ever imagined. This film captures astonishing insights into butterfly adaptability and behavior which have inspired groundbreaking technology: chemical detectors, color engineering, more efficient solar power cells, and bulletproof vests made from genetically modified butterfly silk.
