We cleared up confusion regarding the role of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce in the Orleans Merchants Group. Yes, the Merchants Group is under the umbrella of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce however you don't have to be a member to participate. A perk of joining the Chamber is that members of the Orleans Chamber will receive more benefits than non-members when it comes to Chamber-supported events. We also discussed how being on the Chamber email blast is very helpful in staying up to date on events, meetings, and plans.
