Volunteering at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is one of the most fun, rewarding things you can do for the community – and yourself – right here in Brewster. Find out why at our Volunteer Fair on Monday, March 9, from 10am until 12pm.
Enjoy a tour of the Museum, meet current volunteers and learn about all the ways you can help us deliver our vital work while meeting new friends and developing new skills yourself. We have a huge range of positions available across our exhibits and attractions, and we need all sorts of people from different backgrounds to fill them, with training available.
Would you like to spend time with the marine life in our Aquarium, or the beautiful butterflies in our Butterfly House? Perhaps you’d enjoy leading groups outdoors as one of our field guides? Or maybe you’d like helping young children learn about our world through play in our Science Rocks! and Mud Kitchen activities? We also need people in our Science Shop, Coastal Explorer Van, Admissions desk and lots of other places both inside and out of the Museum.
Our schedules work around yours, so whether you have just a little or a lot of time to give, a volunteer role at the Museum is a wonderful way to spend it that won’t disrupt your life.
