On Memorial Day weekend 2004, I moved full-time to Cape Cod, and I just love it here!  I truly have a passion for Real Estate, and I hope that my energy and optimism are contagious.  I take pleasure in making house hunting fun for  my buying clients, and my selling clients appreciate my honesty and creativity.

Jen has called Cape Cod her home for nearly 30 years. She has been involved with Beach Road Properties since 1998 and helped develop the rental department from the ground up. She has an extensive sales background that makes her a strong negotiator to help you get the best price whether you are buying or renting. She has extensive knowledge of the Lower Cape and loves to share her love of Cape Cod architecture, landscaping and of course the beach, with others. In addition to being a Real Estate sales agent, Jen was also the manager of our rental division for several years and can assist you with purchasing and/or renting your Cape Cod home. She is happily married with two beautiful young girls. She is an attentive listener with strong organizational skills and will strive to help you find the Cape Cod home of your dreams.

For 30+ years I have been a visitor, renter and then a resident of the Cape. Before becoming a Realtor, I was an executive for ARAMARK and Apple and have founded several businesses. 

I love being a real estate sales/broker and strive every day to exceed the expectations of my buyers and sellers. I make the buying/selling process as fun and stress-free as possible. My business background has taught me analytic skills, how to be a strong negotiator, and a drive for excellence. Whether you are buying or selling I will get the job done properly with the best outcome!

Jackie was born and raised in Orleans, having spent many teenage afternoons in The Army and Navy Surplus Store, where The Pants Factory Workplace now sits. Having come and gone from her hometown over the years for high school, college, and a teaching career, Jackie resettled in nearby Eastham in 2018 while establishing her educational consulting firm. She returned home with two Washashores in tow: Devon and Finnoula Rose. As Jackie has said, starting a business from home was a fun new challenge, but there was more laundry than business getting taken care of before she found her way to coworking at TPF. 

When she isn’t welcoming new TPF members or working with her independent school clients, Jackie can be found walking the family dogs, reading on the outer beach, shuttling Finny to one activity or another, or paddling in whatever water is farthest from the local sharks.
