Budtender Leads are the most experienced Budtenders who the others turn to when questions or complications arise. Leads will teach and oversee the Budtenders who have the most forward-facing customer service position at Ember Gardens and will serve as the cannabis guide for customers and handle all interactions and transactions in the retail area.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of cannabis is required

Dispensary-related experience is required

Must be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy, dependable, and hard-working and represent the business with pride

Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be a detail-oriented, clear communicator that can receive and deliver verbal and written communication. Should have the ability to solve and resolve problems in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.

Excellent work ethic, time management, reliability, organization, tidiness, and professionalism

Enthusiasm to learn about products and various cannabis applications

Understand and comply with all compliance and regulatory requirements

May be required to use a phone and may be required to lift up to 40 pounds

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Orleans

Additional Requirements

Minimum of 21 years of age.

Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.

Must pass all required background checks.

Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
