The Inventory Lead is the most experienced in the dispensary’s secure internal procedures for the receipt, transport, storage, and organization of product inventory. Duties include, receiving and stocking incoming inventory, filling in-store and online orders with the correct products, performing daily audits of all inventory in-store, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace and vault areas. This is a team-oriented position with attention to detail and computer and math skills.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of cannabis is required
-
Dispensary-related experience is required
-
METRC and cannabis inventory management software experience required
-
Must be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy, dependable, and hard-working and represent the business with pride

Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be a detail-oriented, clear communicator that can receive and deliver verbal and written communication. Should have the ability to solve and resolve problems in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.

Excellent work ethic, time management, reliability, organization, tidiness, and professionalism

Enthusiasm to learn about products and various cannabis applications

Understand and comply with all compliance and regulatory requirements

May be required to use a phone

Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., reach arms above head for inventory stocking, and stand for extended periods

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Orleans

Minimum of 21 years of age.

Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.

Must pass all required background checks.

Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
